Server load in Dashboard?

In the Dashboard there are the boxes for "1 minute load", "5 minute load" and "15 minute load" (if you have them enabled). What do the numbers mean/represent exactly, percentage of server processing power used or something similar? At what point it would be good to consider upgrading for more powerful server if the load keeps up?

Cron server error

On the cron server, I have the ping to my worker configured. I have a gree light that it is active. And if I hit the url, I can see the response. However, the cron server gives the error: The Cron Worker is NOT running - Cron Jobs are not updating Additionally, nothing shows in the LAST RESPONSE column. I can't tell if its working or not. Also, not sure what "start cron worker" does.

I finally have the time to setup a development server! Anyway, I downloaded VirtualBox and CentOS (the Linux distro I like) and got everything setup. I want to use the server update in the acp, however, every time i do, i have to go into the server an push the code into my git repo. I'd like to be able to trigger a script to do this whenever the acp update completes. Is there any way I can hook into the update function to run my own script after it completes?

MariaDB and Litespeed Server
